The city of San Jose canceled their municipal fireworks show due to budget constraints, so we searched for others. The San Jose Giants (minor league baseball) had fireworks after their games 7/2 and 7/3; these are photos from the show Friday, 3 July 2010. Taken from across the street, sitting on the parkstrip in front of the San Jose History Park & Museum. Nikon S630 in Fireworks mode (amazingly, it works!)
