Masonic Temple, also known as the Printery. Perhaps this was where the ILLUSTRATED REVIEW was produced? The building was given by the Masons to the city when they decided they couldn't afford the upkeep, but after the earthquakes the building has sat essentially unusable and the cost of repair is probably too high.
